The demands on directors and senior managers in all organisations to deliver the proliferation of policy initiatives have increased dramatically in recent years. Built upon our services to our internal audit clients augmented by the work we have undertaken for other clients throughout the country (including the Department of Health and The Health Care Standards Unit) we have developed considerable expertise in the provision of consultancy support.

The provision of consultancy advice is a logical progression to our main service and one which our clients are increasingly asking us to provide for them. As a result our consultancy service has grown rapidly in recent years
