MIAA has developed a reputation of being able to provide focused organisational development support, across a range of areas including the development of the board, production of governance documentation and the facilitation of workshops on a range of issues.

Many organisations engage external people to provide generic organisational development sessions which can be of limited value. Our approach is different. We appreciate that time is a scarce commodity therefore our work is designed to provide the maximum value for the client whilst limiting the impact upon their time. Following a recent half day workshop with a board to review the organisation’s Assurance Framework two of the non executive directors commented that it had been the most valuable and focused development session they had attended since joining the trust.
